Boys Basketball


The 2010-11 Boys Basketball team finished 2nd in district, which was its best finish in schools history. Led by first team all district players Chase Malbrue and Jalen Williams the young team set a high standard for future teams. Along with Malbrue and Williams, Donyell Young, Jacob Thibodeaux and Josiah Freeman also made all-district. At the awards ceremony Thibodeaux was selected as the Most Improved. Young was selected as the Best Newcomer. Williams was voted on as the Best Offensive Player and Chase Malbrue was the MVP. With all five starters returning, as well as a cast of supporting players, the future looks bright.
