The WCA Bus Service will transport more than 135 students during the 2010-2011 school year.  In order to plan for dependable, affordable and safe bussing, early registration is critical.

• The Bus Service Registration form was included in your enrollment packet or may be downloaded from the link below.  Complete and return this form with your Enrollment form.
• The Lafayette routes are limited to 112 riders; the Ville Platte route is limited to 47 riders.  Once available space is filled on a route, a waiting list will be compiled. If seating becomes available, you will be contacted.
• Bus fees are paid along with your tuition payments according to the tuition payment schedule you selected.  All transportation fees are handled through the business office.  Please note:  Bus Ridership is an annual commitment.
• Full time riders are given first priority when compiling bus rosters.   One-way and occasional riders will remain on the waiting list and will be added, as space is available. 
• If you have already registered for bus service, please re-check your times and stops. Some route stops and times have changed.  If necessary, please select an alternate stop and promptly notify me of your choice.
